TO THE LEGAL AND QUALIFIED VOTERS OF THE CITY OF CAMDENTON, MISSOURI
An election will be held April 07, 2009 to elect the Mayor and one Alderman per Ward from Wards One, Two and Three (each for two (2) year terms). All persons wishing to be a candidate for the above named offices must file with the Office of the Camdenton City Clerk, 437 West U.S. Highway 54, Camdenton, Missouri, beginning December 16, 2008, and ending January 20, 2009. A public hearing before the Camdenton Board of Aldermen is scheduled for Tuesday, December 2, 2008, 7:00 p.m., City Hall, 437 W US Hwy 54, Camdenton, Missouri.
The purpose of the public hearing is for the Camdenton Board of Aldermen to consider a Conditional Use Permit requested by Promise Enterprises, Inc, for exception to what constitutes a customary home occupation use defined by Section 400.011, Customary Home Occupations of the Camdenton City Code.
