Camdenton Business Park |

Camdenton is the Camdenton Business Park which is owned and operated by the City
of Camdenton. Adjacent to the Camdenton Airport, the Park is a 90-acre tract of land offering low lease rates and lot pricing, water, electric (3 phase), fiber optics, and incentives for new companies. The Business Park Master Plan design shows 14 lots ranging in size from 4.0 - 6.3 acres. Lots can be modified to accommodate the company's requirements for development. The Park has the initial 1,500 ft. of roadway and when completed will be 5,000 ft. long. An 8" water main, Fire Protection, and a Central Sewer Treatment System are installed.
