Health Care
Lake Regional Hospital provides extensive hospital facilities... click image to enlarge (13318 bytes)Lake Regional Health System is a 300,000 square foot facility providing extensive hospital services that include a new cardiac unit and complete medical support services.

The hospital's recent expansion includes a new chapel, an expanded outpatient unit, a new, enlarged 18-room Intensive Care Unit, and a 12-bed Observation Unit, one of the first in the Midwest.

The second floor contains an enlarged and enhanced Cardiac Rehabilitation area, Occupational, Physical, Respiratory, and Speech Therapy facilities, and a new Oncology Medical Center.

Lake Regional Health System is part of the Lake Regional Health System, which includes the hospital, Lake Regional Hospital Foundation, nine clinics in the Lake region, two retail pharmacies, a home health agency, and rehabilitation facilities.

In addition to the hospital at 54 Hospital Drive, services and clinics in the area include:
